Flat opening after carnage. F&O expiry today

The Sensex has opened flat in the early trade ahead of F&O expiry for the November series, today. The US Markets on Wednesday, witnessed a tumble, as the the Dow and Nasdaq indices fell over 2% each.

Coal India, Siemens, Bharti Airtel, Reliance Communications, Reliance Power, ITC, ICICI Bank, SBI, IDFC, NTPC, L&T and HUL were up 0.5-1.4% in the early trade.

However, Infosys, HCL Tech, TCS, JSPL, Tata Motors, Bajaj Auto and Tata Steel were under pressure.
DB Realty rallied 6.5% – gained for second day. SKS Microfinance shot up 5%.uzlon Energy rose 1.5% after brokerage reports. Parsvnath Developers has crashed for the third consecutive session – locked at 10% lower circuit. Amtek India, Jubilant Foodworks, Sintex, Bajaj Hindusthan, Titan Industries, GMR Infra, Punj Lloyd and Delta Corp were all trading down between 0.5% and 2%.
