Market goes flat. Union Budget at 11.

Market goes flat after two straight red session. Arun Jaitley to be the key man. Economic survey and Railway budget fail to impress the market and Union budget to be witnessed close.

Nifty remains flat with 8 stocks advances and 32 stocks declines. Sensex is marginally negative with 12 advances and 18 declines is stocks.

Petronet LNG, CRISIL and Gitanjali gems gains more than 3% on the current trading session. Indices such as Pharma and FCMG have lost close to 1%.

Karnataka bank, Apollo tyres and Engineers India have lost more than 3%.
