The Nifty closed at 5121, up by 32 pts or 0.64%

Ambuja Cements closed at 114.85, up by 5.1%.  Aban Offshore gained over 4.2% to close at 1296.50.

AxisBank was up by 2.2% at 1128.  ICICI Bank closed at 924, up by 2.4%.

JPAssociates was up by 1.2% at 148.  Wipro was up by 1.7% at 698.

Fortis healthcare gained 2% to close at 174.   Powergrid was up by 1.7% and closed at 110.15.

GAIL, SBIN, HDFC, Tata steel, LT - all closed with marginal gains.

Bharti was the top loser with 2.2% cuts.
