Nifty has been steady to trade above the 5200 mark, as stocks continue to extend the gains seen earlier. Real estate, Metals, Finanicals, Infra and Telecom stocks have all seen good surges.

At 10:04 AM, the Nifty stands at 5231, up by 33 pts or 0.64% Idea cellular is up by 3% and is trading at 64.20. SAIL, from the steel sector, has moved up by 2.2% and is trading at 241. Tata Steel has gained 1.8%. JPAssociates is up by 2.3%. DLF and Unitech have gained close to 1% each. RCOM has seen a gain of 1.4%. Suzlon energy has also seen a surge of 1.4%. The Nifty junior index is up by 95 pts or 0.9%. PunjLLoyd is up by 1.5%. Sesagoa has moved up to 445.40, gaining 1.2% Tata motors, BPCL and HDFC Bank -are however trading soft. |
